The former England and Bath loosehead prop, played for Bath 126 times proving his worth time and time again.

David has transitioned since retirement into being a media pundit and presents the main terrestrial rugby union shows on Channel 5 in the UK. Covering the Rugby World Cup in Japan 2019 for ITV is a post-rugby career highlight to date.

He also has a very popular rugby podcast with his very close friend and former Wales international and Lion Tom Shanklin called Flats and Shanks.

"Being a heavier gentleman, quality footwear is important to me. Style is of course, essential, but looks are nothing without integrity of build. This is why I choose to wear Herring shoes; I have not found another brand that comes close."
