Returning an item using DHL

To return using DHL you will need:

• 2 x DHL labels
• 2 x Commercial Invoices
• An adhesive document sleeve

...as shown in the image. All of these items will have been provided for you in the box.

Attach the label with 3 barcodes to the box as shown. Place 1 copy of the commercial invoice in the provided sleeve on the side of the box as shown.

This should leave you with a label with a single barcode, called the "*Waybill Doc*", and a second commercial invoice. Give these to the DHL employee at the service point, or to your DHL driver.
